Fits electric cable-driven lumbar mechanisms (not for pneumatic systems) using Schukra P/Ns 2016901, 2016902, 2016801, and others.
- Applications: Most GM vehicles (2000–Present), Ford (including 2005–2014 Mustang), Honda CR-V, Acura MDX, VW Golf Mk5 GTI, VW Passat B6, Chevrolet TrailBlazer, and RAM trucks.

Note: If you are replacing Schukra 2016801 - please compare your lumbar drive wheel to the product photos on this page. Some Schukra units have two varieties of drive wheels for the same part number.
Installation Overview
- Access: Remove the lumbar unit from the seat back.
- Disassembly: Separate the case halves by removing the retaining screws.
- Replacement: Remove the old, shattered plastic pinion gears and the drive wheel. Install the new Solid Brass pinion gears and the high-strength polymer lumbar drive wheel.
- Reassembly: Re-secure the case halves and reinstall the unit.
