Description
GM Power & Brake Pedal Adjuster Gear Kit (Solid Brass)
Stop wasting money on entire pedal adjuster assemblies—fix them permanently with GruvenParts' custom-engineered Solid Brass gears.
The factory gas and brake pedal adjuster units in many 1996–2014 GM trucks and SUVs fail because of a single, brittle plastic spur gear. When these gears crack, dealers often demand hundreds of dollars for a full replacement assembly that contains the exact same defective part. GruvenParts provides a permanent, engineered solution: high-strength Solid Brass gears designed to outlast the vehicle.

Critical Technical Note: Pedal Gear Fitment
Before ordering, you must verify your gear tooth count.
- This kit is designed for the standard 30-tooth gear found in most GMT800 and GMT900 pedal adjuster units.
- Warning: Some 2007–2009 GMT900 gas pedal adjuster units utilize a 21-tooth gear. These 30-tooth brass gears will not replace the 21-tooth version. Please verify your gear count or contact us if you are uncertain about your fitment.
