Product Description is proud to release billet G60 and Digi One 8V Tensioner, Alternator and Crank Pulleys !! has designed CNC billet aluminum pulleys for the G60 8V and Digi One 8V Engines. Each pulley is precision machined to a run out of less than .001 on one of our HAAS CNC mill-lathes. The products are completed entirely on the CNC mill, and therefore have a nearly chrome surface finish. We are now offering the billet crank, alternator, and tensioner pulleys to reduce rotating mass by over 5 lbs (and loose the cheap plastic while we're at it)! Buy them as a set and save !! 

Billet G60 and Digi One 8V Crank Pulley 
Designed as an integral one piece pulley and fabricated from a solid chunk of 6061-T651 aluminum, this one weighs less than half of what the OEM crank pulley weighs. Comes complete with Grade 10.9 bolts for a drop in installation. Timing mark machined in as well. This is the lightest G60/Digi One 8V crank pulley there is ! You can also choose to order this pulley without the power steering V belt section to reduce rotating weight further.  Make sure to choose from the drop down menu when ordering !

Fits Corrado G60 and Digi One 8V Engines. Buy them as a set and save !! Replaces OEM p/n 037-105-255. 

Billet G60 Tensioner Pulleys  *** OUT OF STOCK - PLEASE EMAIL IF INTERESTED - ***
These pulleys are manufactured from 6061-T651 aluminum and come with a 20k RPM SKF bearing. With a max load and RPM rating over two times the OEM bearings, these billet tensioners will far outlast the OEM plastic parts while taking any abuse you can throw at it. The pulleys are sized for perfect fitment on the G60 engine and are very quick to install.  In stock and ready to ship!

G60 Tensioner Pulley Install Tech Tip 
The G60 engines use 2 identical tensioner pulleys. We recommend replacing both with our billet versions to eliminate the weak OEM parts. The fwd most pulley is sold with a longer M8 bolt which threads thru the hex insert in our billet pulley and into the engine bracket (same as OEM set up, but with longer bolt). The aft tensioner pulley uses the OEM factory M8 bolt, but you reverse the head side so it sits on the OUTSIDE end of the pulley (flush with our hex insert) and place the OEM factory nut on the INSIDE of the engine bracket. We recommend using Blue Loc-Tite on the bolt threads during installation. 

Use a 19mm open end wrench on the outboard hex insert side of these pulleys to hold it in place while installing. 

Fits all G60 Corrado. Buy them as a set and save !! Replaces OEM p/n 074-145-278E. 

Billet G60 Alternator Pulley *** OUT OF STOCK - PLEASE EMAIL IF INTERESTED - *** has released a paper light (180 gram) aluminum version of the steel G60 alternator pulley. Just like our other pulleys, its given the treatment on one of our precision HAAS CNC mill-lathes resulting in a total run out of less than .001. Ditch the steel OEM pulley and let your G60 engine spin more freely with our billet aluminum lightweight version. Please note : our pulleys are made to the factory diameter for a perfect fitment. Will not underdrive the alternator (and will not cause charging or driveability issues!) Use the stock VW belt. 

Fits all Corrado G60 and replaces OEM p/n 037-903-119.
